CA Rasik Singhania, (FCA, DISA (ICAI), Insolvency Professional and Commerce Graduate).

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2004. He has been a rank holder in CA examinations. He has over 13 years post qualification experience in various fields like Audit, Taxation, Consultancy etc. He is presenty the head of assurance services in the firm. He was earlier associated with Ernst & Young (EY) in assurance services for 6 years. He has got wide exposure of various industries, including Financial Services, Real Estate, Steel, Cement, Tea, Textiles etc.

CA Narayan Kumar Agarwal (FCA, CS, Commerce Graduate)

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2003. He has a vast experience in Indirect Taxation specially in Service Tax, Value Added Tax, Central Excise and Goods & Services Tax. He is a regular speaker in seminars on indirect taxes organized with ICAI and is a special invitee of the Standing Committee on Indirect Taxes, GST & State Taxes of the MCC Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has been the Joint chairman of the Indirect Tax Committee of Merchant Chamber of Commerce & Industry for the year 2013-14 and has also been a co-opted member of Indirect Tax Committee of ICAI-EIRC for the year 2014-15. Currently, he is a member of the Indirect Tax Sub-committee of the Association of Corporate Advisors & Executives, Kolkata. He has regularly contributed articles on subjects of Indirect Taxation published in CA Institute's News Letters, Service Tax Review (S.T.R), CPE Seminars etc.
